As the initial Chrysler dealer, we were aware that the interface with Chrysler would take some time. Without having to leave my dealership, my employees have learned to navigate and understand your system's design very quickly and easily. The learning curve, employee resistance to change and disruption to my business were my biggest fears. All proved to be unfounded.
Prior to Darwin XE, my dealership was running the UCS system. My primary reasons for switching were:

By imposing a process centric system like Darwin designed around dealership best practices, the bad process stop along with the profit leak. Your system has also convinced me that a dealership management system in the 21st century should be able to make a dealership money, not just cost it money.

From data extraction and conversion to "going live" with the software, each step was handled promptly and professionally. Truly, all of the NeoSynergy team members who had a hand in the conversion were "in sync" with the process and with their co-workers. Too many dealers, especially those who are using older technology from legacy system vendors, the thought of converting can be overwhelming. In our case it was refreshing to see just how smoothly the change can be made, particularly considering that from our initial agreement to our "go live" date was a grand total of 19 days.
