Tim has had a wide-ranging international career as a manager in logistics, information technology, enterprise software sales, and automotive industry retail business application product management and implementation.

Tim worked for several years as a systems engineer and project manager, sold metadata repository software for Viasoft and Wincap Software, and was recruited to join Reynolds & Reynolds as a product manager in the OEM factory integration systems division. Tim was recognized for his leadership and organizational skills and was promoted to Project Director and moved into the new Car Company Solutions Group and then dealership Campaign Management Services. Tim was finally recruited by NeoSynergy’s ex-Reynolds COO to start up and direct the Professional Services team.
