Sales Executive
NeoSynergy is a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) for the automotive retail industry. Our web-based products and services help automate and accelerate the automotive sales and marketing process. The NeoSynergy network connects dealers with advertising sources, consumers and other information and service providers.

We are currently seeking Sales Executives for the Denver, Detroit, Miami, Phoenix, Seattle and other major metro areas. We offer a solid base salary with unlimited upside on commission plan. This is the place you want to have a career; not just a job. The Sales Executive is in charge of his/her sales in a specified territory of franchise and independent dealers.
Responsibilities:
- Sell NeoSynergy’s web-based Darwin XE Dealer Management Solution, Best Deals, Live Chat, Buy Direct solutions to dealers, as well as other products in the queue to be launched in the future.
- Acts as a consultant to the dealerships.
- Prospects and illustrates the need for NeoSynergy's products.
- Be proactive and initiate contacts with dealerships to generate leads through “cold calls”
- Be able to approach customers according to their style and needs (be situational)
- Generate referrals from current and prospective customers.
- Act as a central resource to customers for problem solving on technical issues related to our products.
- Collaborate with our product management team in developing new products.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- 4+ years of related experience in outside sales or business to business sales
- 2-3 years of car dealership experience, ideally at the GM or manager level
- 3 years of experience selling contracted service or solution products to dealers
- Superior planning and prospecting skills
- Proficient in time and territory management
- Ability to develop relationships with owners and/or General Managers of dealerships
- Good networking skills for prospecting and referrals
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, analytical, and listening skills
- Public speaking abilities
- Knowledge of web-based products
- Highly organized
- Problem solving skills
- Above average computer skills are essential, including utilizing the Internet
